So sorry to hear Steve Jobs passed away today.

Looking for Trouble

No sign of Trouble. Damn it. What was he doing up in the hills? Precious, Tyr & Vor can all sense it I think. Steph’s heartbroken.

What an ending

Just took Tyr for a walk this morning. Still pretty dark, I noticed a coyote about 30 yards to my right. Reeling Tyr in, I whipped out the camera and took 2 pics (they didn’t come out). Anyway, the coyote took off, I stuffed the iPhone back in my pocket, turned around to head up the trail and noticed something ahead laying off to the side. As I got closer, I got a eerie feeling. There lay what looked like our outside cat, Trouble.

I sure hope that wasn’t him and he comes home today. We usually have to avoid him to park in the driveway or trip over him on the porch, but he’s taken off before. Shit, how am I going to tell my wife …

Monday Monday

What’s so good about it? Eastbound traffic on East Leland blocked again at the Pittsburg apt. complex. Fire truck, at least 8 police cars, lights flashing, police tape. Another shootout at 4AM? Got to find out what happened this time.

I stay late at work for a pointless meeting and when I finally get to my truck, I find someone had smashed in my window and stolen all my hunting gear.

Can’t wait for my root canal! Vacation countdown: 4 days!
